Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Egypt only. Shipping rates are communicated by our shipping partners at checkout.

What are Handpick pieces made from?

Every piece is handmade in Egypt from natural materials: solid wood (like khaya and Aserus) for our tables, jute and cotton cord for our macramé wall hangings, hand-thrown and hand-painted clay for our pottery, and woven bamboo and rattan for our bamboo furniture.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?

Because each item is shaped, woven, or painted by hand rather than machine-molded, small variations in texture, knot pattern, glaze, or grain are normal — they're part of what makes a handmade piece one of a kind, not a flaw.

How do I care for my piece?

As a general rule: dust or wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth, avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbing, and keep pieces out of direct, prolonged sunlight and away from constant damp.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We offer a 15-day return policy from the day you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and email us straight away at info@handpickeg.com with photos, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you make custom or made-to-order pieces?
